Ok...now that I am months late on getting a NoROM....I need a solution.
I have been "out of the loop" in writing 8051 code for 10 years. Back then I used a Romulator that ran under DOS and a Pascal Compiler by Software Engineering Labs. I recently got back into 8051 stuff and have purchased the Embedded Pascal compiler 'cause I have tons of previous Pascal code that will work under this compiler. I had decided on the NoRom device because it was cheap, supported NoICE (which I may or may not use) and was compact. I have existing hardware (lots of it) that has mostly 8031s...and an external eprom. I want to develop some simple apps and need the equivalent of a NoROM (but not an ICE) to develop with and I need it to run under Win XP. So unless someone out there wants to sell me his NoRom...or maybe John wants to "cobble together" one more.....or he released the schematics, etc. so we could make our own....I need a rom emulator.....
Any suggestions?
