#31330 - RE: GMS80C301-40 |
Hi Mahmood,
I did a Google search, found that part number as a 40MHz ceramic resonator by TDK. See http://www.tdk.co.jp/tebcj01/q98y-000/q98y-027.htm. A little more looking around uncovered an 8 bit microcontroller at AllAmerican.com (distributor here). According to their on-line catalog, it's made by Hynix Semiconductor, Korea. When I looked at the Hynix website all I found was memory products, although there was reference in a press release to an 8 bit microcontroller (but without a part number). Another site gave the manufacturer of the GMS80C301 as GS (Goldstar?). LG Semicon, formerly Goldstar Semiconductors, does make uCs, so that's a possibility. They are also located in Korea. Mosel Vitelic's site gives a part that they cross-reference to the GMS80C301, also to the Atmel 80C31. See http://www.moselvitelic.com/audio/MCU/MSU2051a.pdf Take your choice. Dennis |
