#31337 - RE: GMS80C301-40
Mosel Vitelic's site gives a part that they cross-reference to the GMS80C301, also to the Atmel 80C31. See http://www.moselvitelic.com/audio/MCU/MSU2051a.pdf
Thank you Dennis, I overlooked the cross reference of Mosel Vitelic's pdf document when i did the search.
So with old CDROM you can get the following parts to play with for free:
1. 2 small DC motors
2. 1 brushless DC motor
3. brushless DC motor controller chip
4. 64kx8 external eeprom (W27E512P-70)
5. 1 AT80C31 controller
6. GLT41316 64Kx8 DRAM
7. lots of passive SMT components, CAPs, etc.
I never thought old CDROM could be that useful for components for hobby projects.
BTW i remember seeing article on the internet ages ago how to make a robot out of old 3.5" floppy disk drive which was very intresting.
Regards
Mahmood
