I agree that learning the assembly language would be a big plus. However I started with the BASIC language and it served me quite well as I could use a compiler to compile it into assembly code and the structure of BASIC made it a lot easier for starters.
However, it does save a lot of time and you do understand the way things work a bit better with assembly lanquage. Bottom line is I recommend using whatever is easiest for you in the beginning and then learn what is more difficult for you later, unless of course you have plenty of time to spare. Randy |
