I use and really enjoy CIRCAD from holophase.com. It is a PCB design and layout program which is also great for drawing schematics and has a viable component library. You can do everything you want, just not create any gerber files for actual PCB production. You should be able to draw anything you want of ANY SIZE with their trial version. I really like it and highly recommend it.
