 		 #32083 - INT1 doesn\'t go low
And again I'm facing a problem:

I connected 4 buttons with an AND CMOS chip to port 3.3 (INT1). But if I press a button, the line only goes as low as 2.3 V, not 0.x.

To check whether the problem is the AND or the 8051, I connected a resistor between them. Result: The AND goes low, the 8051 stays at 2.3 V.

What's wrong?
