Test procedure:
"Connect a 470 ohm resistor between P3.3 and ground. If the voltage is still 2.3 V, your uC is probably damaged." Test results: Done. Voltage stays at 2.3. Conclusion: Then the uC is probably damaged. Maybe you should want to repeat the test with a minimal SW running (say a jmp $ instruction at zero address). This way you will avoid any SW side effects.
