#32095 - RE: ESD flash corruption |
Just today we had a case where one byte in the program flash was blasted by ESD. Of course it had to be address 0, so when the ESD caused a reset, the reset vector was gone and the part went out to Never-Never Land. This is where board design to minimize such ESD effects comes in real handy! Dennis |
