the way we did back to 197x ,about the platform,setup two sensor at both end of the platform to detect the vehicle and every loadcell which sport this platform had a Max laod stop holder to prevent any over loading ,and the most importen for this platform --- linerity & repeatablity calibration untill the platform perform a vey good balance on each side of platform .
it's take a very long time to get this platform in good balance condition ( 6 -- 8 Hours at least) |
