#32357 - RE: Weighing in motion, Steve,
Hi Ijaz

In the past I made a check-weightier for blisters of aspirins.
In a small time (100 msec) I decided if the blister was complete or if it was missing one or more aspirins. In this last case I generate a signal that trigger a blower which expulsed the blister from the packing line.
The big problem was to find a load cell that response so quickly. So take special care to this point. Remember that a dynamic measure is different from a static one.
Also generate a procedure to calibrate the system at least, every day. The cells I used
had drift with temperature.

Good Luck
Daniel
