Yes, i know, this topic isnt new.

But I want to check, that i got it right.

If I perform a software reset this way

{
Disable all ints
set all SFR's to reset state
Jump to 0x0000
}

can I then expect my code to run as if I had done a harware reset.

Any good reasons not to do a reset in software?
