Hi Lim,
There is a saying on our side, that "you got to raise the door levels if you have camels as your friends......" So if you want the IR stream off the remotes inot your micro, then better first measure the height of the Camel.... That means you got to know what kind of IR stream you intend receive into your micro. Every IR remote is designed on one of many IR standards, like one very famous RC-5. Once you know what code you are having then its always easy to develope a decoder in 8051. So, please let us know what IR standard you want to mess with, so that help can be extended to you. :) Babar |
