Hai every body,

I would like to use a serial sram in my design. In web, i would only find serial I2C EEPROM. I would not use serial EEPROM, because they sector erasble.
To to overwrite a byte in one location , i have to erase the whole page or sector.This is the disadvantage with serial EEPROM.

I want some thing like a ordinary SRAM, but serial.

Please let me know the part number of serial sram.
