Hi Royan,
I think, you can not found such a simulator. The 8051 data sheet was very verbose and include all the timings. It includes also all internal timings, e.g. sample point of inputs and interrupts, updating of the outputs, the internals of the interrupt logic ... And I found never, that the physical device (Intel 8051) differ from the data sheet. So I see no practical requirement of such a simulator as only for education. Verbose data sheets or user manuals available from Philips, Atmel, Dallas, old Intel data books, ... Peter |
