Thanks everyone for the help, I am currently knee deep in Cygnal data sheets, looking for the "perfect" chip (Thanks for the tip Michael).

Also, thanks for the databases, I knew about the keil database but I couldn't find the parametric search on their site so that was a very helpful tip.

Also, if all else fails, I at least have a better understanding of how to use external memory with the 8051 (And I am never going to try to do that by software again!).
