You're right Erik !

But it's done in my code by setting CCPAM0 = 0x21
ECCF0 is the CCPAM0.bit0

So, in my code, I'm sure that :
EA=1, EC=1, CR=1 and ECCF0=1 and my interrupt isn't set (I'm displaying the contains of CCON register and it's always 0x40 so CCF0 is never set (that's why I'm not jumping to my interrupt routine !) as if the edge on P1.3 was never detected.... and I've made an nice edge !
