Stephane, I found the time to take a 15 minute look at your code and did not find anything wrong (I have not used capture mode). If you have an emulator, see what is going on (is the CCF flag ever set ?). If not try to set a port pin to go high when CCF goes high and monitor with a scope or an LED. Somehow - it is difficult just on postings - I do not think you have a transition (large enough) to trigger the capture. Just another wild guess, is the input pin (P1.3) set to a one allowing input?.
