#33788 - RE: 8052 projects |
if you want to use basic, you have to order a prom containing it from somewhere. search this site for "basic".
an 8052-basic has basic burned into the prom; if you have a plain-vanilla 8052, nothing is burned into it. if you don't have a prom with code or the 8052 doesn't have internal prom with code burned into it, the 8052 is not going to do anything. since you have gone to all that trouble to construct the circuit, why not learn 8051 assembler? and use a simple monitor program burned into your 8052? james |
