Craig - LOL ... some truth there. Somewhere in that guys site there is a paragraph, something about 'are all bugs worth fixing' - answer given is 'no, only the ones that cost more to keep than to fix'. Sound familiar? A short step from there to 'let the customer do (some of) the testing'. I can't say I think very highly of that myself.

But how many of us are able to really get by with NO MS products? (I am writing this from home on K-Meleon browser, which is pretty good). But I don't know if I could really give Word the sack.

But they have made a lot of very good software - and been well paid for it, of course.
