I found that Zilog is selling its Z8 encore MCU development tool for only $49.95. what difference is between Z8 encore MCU and 8051 based MCU? I want to study microcontrollers by using Z8 encore development tool (good Price), I don't know that if there is big difference to study microcontoller by using 8051 based MCU and Z8 encore MCU?
