What is REALLY needed is a calculator where you enter the baud rate and get the possible xtal frequencies. Also, it would be awfully nice if it would show what was attainable using timer 2 as the baud rate generator.
Both Keil and this one erroneously assume that you select the xtal frequency for any other reason than the baud rate. Erik |
