Are you sure about that number?
The CA3081 was a 16-pin DIP 7-transistor NPN common-emitter array (CA3082 was the common-collector version): V(br)ceo = 16V min; V(br)ces = 20V min; hFE = 40 min; Ic = 100mA max. This is from way back in 1976! :-0 |
