#34908 - RE: rotary encoder to micro ? erik |
The seimans C165 (or st10r165) has a 250-600ns interrupt response time and a PEC...
It has 2 timer blocks (5 timers in total @ 16bit) that are highly configurable. The timers in block 2 have a 200ns resolution @20mhz clock and would be easily configured as a fast 32 bit counter.. Its a powerful chip ,but as Erik said above,You'd be better off with a dedicated chip instead of a uP. |
