Hi Rauf,
any 8051, which can wake up from power down with interrupts, can be used. Since during power down only some µA needed. E.g. the AT89LS8252 can do this. Also it can operate from 2.7V to 6V (use 2 AAA cells). With some resistors and a transistor you can generate an interrupt everytime, if a key was pressed. Peter |
