Anyway I would assume that the most cheapest available chips on the market would be Security Memory Types and not High Security CPU type. Typically to my knowledge, the industry uses SLE4442 from Siemens for Door Access.

The question here is, if you actually can get hold of such smart card chip or even cards. So can you tell me if such cards are easily available to you ?
