I have contacted few smartcard menufacturer in Hongkong and Taiwan, they were always asking, "What kind of chip you want". Since I had no idea about what to answer, and those "innocent" people never given me any idea about available technology. I think the barrier was language.

Anyway I will start from here for my next project.
