I think you should re-phrase this:

"code would be share, we can do less work,and do better in our work. "

To:

code and profit would be share, we can do less work and make less money, and do better in our work.

don't mind just kidding. I agree with you. But they have already made a lot of stuff existing in ftps and code library. One such you may find on the left of your screen.
