Thats all about this site.
This site is doing wonderful job. People get the answers for their questions. Some times we get even code examples and different website locations where we can find examples or application notes.

If you mean that everybody will open their "ALL" codes to everyone, I think it is okay for hobbiest but it is a bit too much for professionals.
Because some times it effects their business. But if some one wants to it volunteerly, it would be great.
