I guess this thread is actually a bit about me?
Maybe someone could have asked me why I reacted thusly?
I always try to do the research necessarry before I ask a question. But there are just some things you can't do.
When I have to start at a project using a 8051 when I never had any experience with it, then having to finish it within 6 weeks and with a tutor at my company who doesn't really care...I am under a lot of pressure.

Sometimes I think people assume to quickly(also in other forums): 'Oh he's a newbie, he probably didn't do the research.'(although often this might be true)

The matter were I got a bit agitated has proved to be a hardware problem of hardware that was given to me (and said to be ok)...so it wasn't even my fault....it wasn't Erik either....
If I got more agitated than I should have been, I apologize.....But I don't like being stereotyped, it is one of the unjustified things you just experience too often as a student.

Again, I apologize but also hope for understanding of your side.
