There used to be a nifty little program from Intel, called ApBuilder. I don't know if it's still available, but I just did a quick search on Google and found plenty of references, so I guess you might be able to lay hands upon it. It has a baudrate calculator, too, and shows how to set all registers, but provides a lot of additional information on the 805x.
