I've encountered here on the forum a suggestion to use mt8888 with 8051 and avoid using mt8880. Zarlink optimises its products for CPU busses. Most controllers have GPIO pins and don't have bus IO.
Should I use mt8888 for my MCU? What is the best way to connect Mintel's DTMF (controller has 4 8-bit GPIO ports)? |
