here is a thread on: how to use software traps?. and another post, on diagnosing crashes (jh). software diagnostics are not a substitute for fixing the hardware or software prior to release. prior to release they are a debug tool, after release they are a safety feature, failsafe, reinforcement, etc. you may want different versions of the diagnostics depending on who the product is being released to (to hardware testing or to the public). or maybe just the user interface would be different. <table><tr><td>james</td><td> </td><td> www.jameshinnant.com</td></tr></table> </html> |
