A standard laser printed acetate sheet works fine, even at TQFP track rules, provided you are VERY careful about pressing the acetate to the PCB and you only work acetate track to PCB, but for what sounds like quite a quantity of boards, don't be scared of getting them made by people like "OLIMEX"
