Well Jez I guess you should not waste time applying to me for work as they only allow one big ego here and IT IS MINE! I rather suspect we all share that trait as it is fundamental to succes. If you stop posting this forum will be less for it , ce la vie.

Steve: It is unfortunate when these problems happen and onerous for the moderator , but as they say that's why he gets the big bucks so let him moderate. I for one think that the rules on this forum are proper and that if the moderator imposes them fine. if the poster objects also fine he has a choice the other users can only watch and try to filter the dross yet not lose the nuggets.
