In this case you must contact the manufacturer of your board.
Only he knows, what happens inside
the PALs and how software can
control it.

Or if you have the complete electrical
sheet and the PAL source code
an expert can try to understand it.

If only the electrical sheet available
an expert can try to write a new
PAL source to work similiar.
