Neither 30h nor r0 is bit addressible. so if you want to put the 2nd bit of something to somewhere you should do it by using bit addressable area (20h-2fh) or thruouh accumulator. By the way p1 is a 8 bit port and "the 2nd bit of 30h" is as obvious 1 bit. how are you going to put 1 bit into 8 bit area?
