Hi Craig,
I think, there is nothing on the SPI specified. Only, that 3 lines needed (data in, data out, clock). The rest, means all timings and also at which edge data are sampled or sent, can you only find in the data sheet of the SPI device (EEPROM, ADC, DAC ...) Thus why SPI masters (e.g. AT89C8252) contain some SPI configuration registers (timing, edge selection). You must also read the concrete SPI slave data sheet and then configure the SPI master in order to it. Peter |
