#38985 - Heat Sink |
I want to connect the Micro-controller (89c52) Output Pins to the Stepper Motor as following:
(1) Output Pin of 89c52 -> 1k Resistor -> G of IRF530 (2) S of IRF530 -> GND (3) +12V -> (1N4007 // One Phase of Stepper Motor) -> D of IRF530 Any problem in this circuit? Any high power diode suggested to me? Also, should I need to implement a heat sink in the IRF530? In addition, if I implemented the cement resistor, then the distribution of heat dissipation will mainly go to the cement resistor or power MOSFET? One more question, one heater (for winter used), how come the heat will be dissipated on the heater tube only but not the connection wire? Can anyone tell me the reason? |
