Its a new 8051-derivate with a nice feature:

There are 3840 Bytes XDATA inside, which can be mapped into 40h..7Fh of the DATA space.

So all 4kB RAM can be accessed direct !

E.g. every interrupt handler can direct access its own 64 bytes of RAM.
