I have got an application which uses a ccd camera pointing at a silvered ball to allow a somewhat distorted 360 degree view without moving the camera.I need to perform a transformation from the image on the ball to a flat scrolling display,only trouble is I cannot find a transform which maps from the image from the camera to a flat veiw,it should be something like a Mercator map projection or am i barking up the wrong tree?
