hi, I am a really beginner in MCU program, and I am not very good at electronic. However, I love to try it for long. I picked the DC89c420 as it said it doesn't require a special programmer, instead can download program directly from RS232.

My problem is I found that I don't understand the loader circuit that is included the User guide.

I think those triangle are inverter but not sure. If they are really inverter, I don't understand why it is needed, as I recalled RST need a HI, so why we need to invert the Vcc?

Anyway, I would be happy if some friend here can just lay out a circuit with chips and connections for me, so I can just follow it and solid it. Thanks.
