forget it! There is a complete tool for this included in a freeware 8051 compiler from wickenhaeuser.com. 'Flashmon.exe'. And a sourcecode for a eprom to transfer any HEX file to the external RAM (and a schematic, if you need one) is added too. We are using it in school since a few weeks. |
