For my pages at 8052.com and for my own web site I used a cool HTML editor called Eversoft / 1st Page 2000. It is FREE.
This program operates similar to a text editor for HTML but it has loads of features like a pre-view mode to get you a peer at how it looks as you write it. There are also help screens with info on all HTML tags and their possible parameters, plus many macro keys that will auto insert the HTML tags for you....such as mark a block and then make it bold.
