If you look at the data sheet it says there are 4 lockbit modes
1)no protection
2)movc not allowed (no external code)
3)as 2 ,but with no verify

and the interesting
4)as 3 ,but with no external execution

"but with no external execution" ,is quite vague but as..
2) is no code
4)may be ram aswell...

They did have an errata document that explained all this,but now they've revamped the site ,its gone..

You may be right Erik, without the errata document I dont know if ram is affected,but it may be. It would be nice if Yash could post how he solves his problem.
