	I believe that Waqar initially wanted to make an alarm clock,that played the Westminster chimes (by PWM or PCM methods,not soundchip) and blast the result to his neighbors via a PA system.... If he wants to achieve any part of this then he will have to get "au fait" with interrupts (and ear plugs).
