#40242 - RE: NMOS or CMOS of 8052
Responding to: ???'s previous message
NMOS is ancient and can only be obtained in antique stores. It was replacde by CMOS ages ago. The difference is that NMOS pulled a lot of current and reset with the opposite polarity of CMOS. Also all(most all) NMOS were dynamic (minimum clock frequency) where most CMOS are static (no minimum clock). If ypu find any NMOS chips, just throw them out.
