NMOS was gulping power (over 1000% in comparison to CMOS) also if no clock applied.
Thus no power saving modes exist (idle, power down). Also NMOS can only drive TTL or HCT loads, since the high level was far below 5V. I agree with Erik, trow away such Dinos except you want heating your home. Peter |
