Hi all,
As we all know that if we connect two telephones with a 9 volts supply & 470 K ohms resistor, we can have a conservation over the telephone although we cannot cause a ring bell on other phone or dail a number or hear a Dail Tone.
Here is what iam up to:
1) When ever a Telephone is Hooked Off the user hears a Dial Tone, that can be done using a controller or 555 timer but i want to play with the controller so creating a delay of about 450Hz and sending the delay to let say P1.0 from there a Transistor C828 connects the two telephone with above mentioned circuitary. Will this case the Tone to come when ever a telephone is picked Up ?

2) Now comes the hard part , if iam using Pulse Dailing Telephones can i some how use the controller to make a call at the other telephone set using the digit of dailer..and when ever the user dials a number lets say 101 he hear a similar sort of tone as we hear when we dail some one's telephone number ... how i can generate that type of sound and how i can use controller to make use of dailer to call at other telephone.. i know i need to supply about 60 Volts Ac for ringer ..let say that i have that circuit with me know how i can use the dailer to call the other party...
