The usual way is connect the CS- input of your ram to your decoder.
If you use 8 bit chips (i can remember 4 bit chips when i was young), and you put more than one you get a bus conflict. So put one ram to each output..... 8 ram chips
of 8KB if you are using 16 bits for adressing
