How low of power do you need? The spec for the Tianma 106x56 pixel display (The link to the web site is in my previous post to this thread) is max of 400uA at 3.3 volts supply. The typical current is less by the way. The power is higher when the onboard charge pumps are stepping the 3.3 volts up to the 9v LCD operating level and when the host interface is active writing to the display memory. Michael Karas PS.
